How information is researched
For official Instagram features and policies, we rely on Instagram's own help pages and terms where possible, and on reputable technology reporting when official documentation is incomplete. For Android behaviour, such as unknown-app installation, app signing and Google Play Protect, we use Android and Google documentation.
For Insta Pro itself, we use the developer's release information for each build and update our pages when a new version is published.
How claims are labelled
- Verified facts are stated plainly.
- Advertised features are described as claims made by distributors of certain builds.
- App details, such as version, size and developer, come from the release information for each build.
- General security advice is presented as guidance, not as a finding about a particular file.
What we do not publish
We do not publish invented test results, user reviews, ratings, download counts, security certificates or author credentials. We do not describe the app as official, safe or malware-free.
